Exchange and return policy:

Christine Company cooperates with several shipping companies to easily deliver your products throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide you with free delivery service for orders with a value of 250 Saudi riyals or more, and for orders with less than that value, delivery fees are added to them as indicated on the payment page.

Delivery of orders within the city of Riyadh takes 24 hours

The shipping process outside Riyadh takes 3 to 4 business days.

All cooperating shipping companies provide delivery service to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and if you are outside the urban area, we will ask you to gratefully receive your order from the nearest branch of the shipping company.

Exchange and return:

If the return is due to the buyer's error and the product is still in its original condition without being opened, he has the right to exchange or return while bearing the full shipping costs.

Christine Company's policy requires not to return any of the amounts paid by the customer using any of the payment methods when purchasing on the site. We provide our valued customers with the service of refunding the amounts they paid by exchanging them with purchase vouchers of the same value.
